All the children in our school should wear school uniform. As well as being practical, uniform gives a sense of pride and commitment to the values of Seymour School.

Buy uniform here: Taylor Made Uniforms.

Seymour School uniform consists of:

  • Plain black shoes
  • Plain black, grey or white socks or tights
  • Plain black or grey trousers or shorts (in summer) not jogging bottoms
  • Plain black or grey skirt or pinafore
  • Red check summer dress
  • Red sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan
  • White polo shirt
  • Plain black, red or white headscarf if worn for religious observance

All children must bring a coat to school in the cold weather.

All items of clothing must be clearly labelled with the pupil’s name.

Children who have pierced ears may wear small studs to school but these must be removed for PE.  If newly pierced, then studs must be covered with tape during any PE activity.  Anything else could be dangerous and lead to accidents during PE lessons or in the playground. No other jewellery is permitted.

On PE days, children will come to school in their PE uniform.
