Seymour Primary school was last inspected by Ofsted on December 2018 and we were judged as a GOOD school in all areas.

The school has a happy atmosphere. Pupils are friendly and polite. Relationships between adults and pupils are positive and caring.
Pupils conduct themselves very well in the dining hall, outdoors and as they move around the school. Younger pupils exhibit good table manners, with their positive habits gently encouraged and reinforced by adults.
Pupils feel safe and confident in school and learn about a broad range of ways to keep themselves safe in their daily lives.
Phonics teaching is strong. Sessions are lively and engaging. Adults are enthusiastic and encouraging, and pupils take obvious joy in their personal success.
